Peel and Cut Yucca
Start by peeling the yucca using a sharp knife. Cut it into 1-inch thick pieces.

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Yucca
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the boiled yucca pieces in batches. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain and Season
Remove the fried yucca using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. While still hot, sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper to taste.
