Prepare the Chicken

Pound the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Set Up Breading Station
Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Assemble the Chicken Parm

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Add Toppings
Place the fried chicken breasts in a baking dish. Top each piece with tomato sauce, a slice of ham, and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
