Method
Preparing the Burger
- 1
Form the Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into four equal patties, making a small indentation in the center of each patty.
- 2
Grill the Patties
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of American cheese on each one. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 3
Toast the Buns
While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Preparing the Toppings
- 4
Slice the Tomato
Wash the tomato and slice it into thin rounds.
- 5
Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Making the Fries
- 6
Cook the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for the recommended time until crispy. Season with salt to taste.
