Bentley’s Mocha

Brew 120 ml of espresso or prepare strong espresso using your preferred method. Keep hot.

Brew espresso

Steam or heat the milk to about 65–65°C (150–155°F) until velvety and lightly frothed.

In a mug or small pitcher, whisk together the hot espresso, steamed milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and sugar until fully combined.

Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, adding more sugar by 1/2 teaspoon increments.

Divide the mocha between two warmed mugs.

Top each drink with a generous swirl of whipped cream.

Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings if using.
