Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash and Prepare Vegetables

Thoroughly wash all vegetables under cold running water. Slice zucchini and bell peppers into 1-inch pieces, trim asparagus ends, and cut red onion into wedges. Halve cherry tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine all sliced vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, asparagus, red onion, and cherry tomatoes).

  3. 3

    Season the Vegetables

Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar. Toss the vegetables until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Add Fresh Basil

Chop fresh basil and add it to the vegetable mixture. Stir to combine.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

  2. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the vegetable mixture in a grilling basket or directly on the grill grates. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and have grill marks.

  3. 7

    Check for Doneness

Ensure the vegetables are cooked through and slightly charred. Remove them from the grill.

  4. 8

    Serve

Transfer the grilled vegetables to a serving dish and serve warm. Enjoy your grilled seasonal vegetables!
