Add Parmesan Cheese
Grate the Parmesan cheese using a cheese grater or a food processor. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the chopped romaine lettuce in the bowl.

Add Garlic Croutons
Add the garlic croutons to the salad bowl with the romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
Dressing Preparation

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth.
- 5
Incorporate Olive Oil
While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is well combined and creamy.
- 6
Serve
Transfer the creamy Caesar dressing to a small serving bowl or jar. Serve the salad topped with the dressing on the side, allowing guests to dress their salads to their liking.
