Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry. Drain and rinse the roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts. Cut the roasted red peppers into strips. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, and olives around the meats and cheeses on the platter.
