Seasonal Vegetables

Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare Sirloin Steak

Season the sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook Sirloin Steak

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust time if you prefer a different doneness.

Lobster

  1. 3

    Prepare Lobster Tail

While the steak cooks, prepare the lobster tail by cutting it down the middle with kitchen shears, then gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.

  2. 4

    Cook Lobster Tail

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and lemon juice, stir well. Brush this mixture over the lobster meat. Place the lobster in the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Crispy Mashed Potatoes

  1. 5

    Boil Potatoes

In a pot, boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

  2. 6

    Mash Potatoes

Add butter, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chives, salt, and black pepper to the drained potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.

  3. 7

    Crisp Potatoes

Spread the mashed potatoes onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.

Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 8

    Sauté Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced zucchini and bell pepper. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
