Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat without completely removing the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic (from the garlic cloves), lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 4

    Season the Lobster

Brush the lobster meat with the prepared garlic butter mixture. Make sure to coat it evenly for maximum flavor.

  3. 5

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Garnishing

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
