Method
Preparing the Tofu

Press and Cube Tofu
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut it into 1-inch cubes.

Marinate Tofu
In a bowl, mix Korean chili powder, soy sauce, and cubed tofu. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Making the Crispy Wontons

Prepare Wontons
Cut each wonton wrapper into quarters. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the wonton pieces until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Preparing Green Papaya Slaw

Making Carrot Miso Dressing

Blend Dressing
In a blender, combine carrot, miso paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water. Blend until smooth.
Cooking Coconut Jasmine Rice

Cook Rice
In a pot, combine jasmine rice, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
Combining and Serving

Assemble the Bowl
In a bowl, place a portion of coconut jasmine rice, add marinated crispy tofu, a handful of green papaya slaw, and sprinkle crispy wontons on top. Drizzle with chili crisp and carrot miso dressing. Serve immediately.
