Blackened Chicken

Prepare the Spice Mix
In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Season the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until blackened and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the warm potatoes, cooked bacon, sliced green onions, dijon mustard, white vinegar, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
Horseradish Aioli

Mix the Aioli
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Creamy Coleslaw

Make the Dressing
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Add the shredded cabbage and shredded carrots to the dressing. Toss until all vegetables are well coated.
