1. Prepare the Tuna

Season the yellowfin tuna with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over high heat with a little oil. Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side until rare. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Peel and dice the mango and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
