Peach Bourbon Tea

Method

Peach Bourbon Tea

    Prepare the Tea

    Brew a strong cup of black tea using your preferred method. Allow it to cool slightly.

    Mix Ingredients

    In a glass, combine the Maker's Mark JOEY Reserve ‘Peach Brûlée’ Bourbon and peach nectar.

    Add Tea

    Pour the freshly brewed black tea into the glass with the bourbon and peach nectar mixture.

    Add Garnish

    Add fresh peach slices and mint leaves to the drink.

    Serve

    Add ice cubes to the glass and stir gently. Serve chilled.

Old Fashioned Upgrade

    Prepare Glass

    In an old fashioned glass, place the sugar cube at the bottom.

    Add Bitters

    Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the sugar cube.

    Dissolve Sugar

    Add a splash of water to dissolve the sugar, stirring gently.

    Add Bourbon

    Pour in the Maker's Mark JOEY Reserve ‘Peach Brûlée’ Bourbon over the sugar mixture.

    Add Ice

    Add ice cubes to the glass for chilling the drink.

    Finish with a twist of orange peel and a maraschino cherry for garnish.
