Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium heat. If using charcoal, ensure the coals are glowing and covered in ash. For gas grills, turn on the burners and let it heat.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them gently. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the eggs and mix until combined.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Grill Pan

Use a grill-safe pan or a cast-iron skillet. Brush it with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Cook the Eggs

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared grill pan. Close the grill lid and cook for about 6-8 minutes or until the eggs are set but still slightly soft on top.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese and Herbs

If using cheese, sprinkle it on top of the eggs and close the lid again for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

  6. 6

    Serve

Carefully remove the pan from the grill. Slice into portions and serve hot.
