Shrimp & scallops sautéed in our signature tequila lime cream sauce. Your mouth should be watering.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and scallops, cooking until they are just opaque, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, carefully add the tequila and lime juice. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 3-4 minutes, reducing slightly. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and black pepper.
Return the sautéed shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Stir gently to coat the seafood in the sauce and heat through for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
