Method
Steak Preparation
- 1
Season the Steak
Sprinkle the ribeye steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to absorb the seasoning.

- 4
Rest the Steak
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.
Fries Preparation
- 5
Cut the Potatoes
Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick) to create fries.
- 6
Soak the Fries
Place the cut fries in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with a clean towel.
- 7
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 8
Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the dried fries to the hot oil in small batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.
Garlic Butter Preparation
- 9
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- 10
Add Garlic and Parsley
Add minced garlic cloves to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice.
