Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Baking Dish

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Mixing Ingredients

  1. 3

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.

  2. 4

    Melt Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then let it cool slightly.

  3. 5

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.

  4. 6

    Combine Wet and Dry

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  5. 7

Baking

  1. 8

    Pour Batter into Dish

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  2. 9

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  3. 10

    Cool

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
