Mix Meatball Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Form Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet or plate.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake Meatballs
Place the formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Add the canned crushed tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Add Meatballs to Sauce
Once the meatballs are done baking, carefully add them to the simmering sauce. Stir gently to coat the meatballs in the sauce.

Let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for an additional 5-10 minutes before serving.
