Cooking the Ribeye

Charbroil the Ribeye
Preheat your grill or charbroiler to high heat. Season the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved. Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Boil and Mash the Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy. Keep warm until serving.
