Natural Process Drip Coffee

Method

Brewing Process

  1. 1

    Grind the Coffee Beans

Using a coffee grinder, measure out 0.5 cups of natural process coffee beans. Grind them to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to sand. This will ensure optimal extraction during brewing.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Drip Coffee Maker

Set up your drip coffee maker or pour-over setup. Place a coffee filter in the basket of the coffee maker. If using a pour-over, position the filter in the dripper.

  3. 3

    Add the Ground Coffee

Pour the freshly ground coffee into the filter, ensuring it is evenly distributed for uniform extraction.

  4. 4

    Heat the Water

Boil 2 cups of filtered water. Allow it to cool for about 30 seconds after boiling to reach the ideal brewing temperature, which is around 200°F (93°C).

  5. 5

    Brew the Coffee

Slowly pour the hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion, ensuring all the grounds are saturated. If using a drip coffee maker, simply start the brewing process. Allow the coffee to brew for about 4-5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve and Enjoy

Once brewed, pour the coffee into your favorite mug. Enjoy your natural process drip coffee black or with milk/sugar as desired.
