Soak the Chickpeas
Place the dried chickpeas in a bowl and cover with water. Soak overnight (or for at least 8 hours) until they are soft.

Add Flour
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the flour until the mixture holds together. If too wet, add more flour as needed.

Form the Balls
Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls (about 1-1.5 inches in diameter).

Fry the Falafel
Carefully drop the falafel balls into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Drain and Serve
Remove the falafel from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with tahini sauce.
