Wine Ingredients
Method
Wine Making Process
Harvest the Grapes
Select ripe Riesling grapes and hand-pick them to ensure quality.
Crushing and Pressing
Crush the grapes to release the juice and press them to separate the juice from the skins.
Fermentation
Transfer the juice into a fermentation vessel. Add yeast and allow it to ferment for about 2-3 weeks at controlled temperatures.
Clarification
After fermentation, allow the wine to settle for several weeks. This helps clarify the wine by letting solids settle at the bottom.
Aging
Siphon the clear wine off the sediment and transfer it to oak barrels or stainless-steel tanks for aging. This can last from a few months to several years, depending on the desired flavor.
Bottling
Once aged, the wine is filtered and bottled. Add sulfur dioxide to preserve it.
Enjoy
Chill the Riesling and serve it in a wine glass. Pair it with light dishes or enjoy it on its own.
