Season the Pork
In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin.

Blueberry Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine fresh blueberries, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens. Use an immersion blender to puree the sauce if desired.

Prepare the Potato Wedges
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
