Beef Ribs Marinade
Method
Preparation and Grilling
- 1
Marinate the Ribs
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and lime juice. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved. Add the beef ribs to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
- 3
Grill the Ribs
Remove the ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are nicely charred and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach a safe internal temperature.
- 4
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
