In a large bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all shrimp are evenly coated.

Slice the red bell pepper and onion into thin strips. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
