In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.

Preheat your flattop grill to medium-high heat. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Prepare the Dough

Add olive oil to the preheated flattop and place the rolled-out dough on it. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the dough, then spread pizza sauce evenly on the cooked side. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by pepperoni, bell peppers, and onions. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Cover the pizza with a lid or metal sheet to trap heat and melt the cheese. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the toppings are cooked.

Remove the pizza from the flattop, slice, and serve hot.
