Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a mixing bowl, form the ground Angus beef into a patty, approximately ½ pound in weight. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patty

In the same skillet, place the seasoned burger patty and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place the slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the knot roll, layer the lettuce, cooked burger with melted cheddar, crispy bacon, slices of red onion, and a slice of beefsteak tomato. Top with the other half of the roll.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Fireman Burger immediately with your choice of sides.
