Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

Drizzle the queso blanco over the tortilla chips, then sprinkle the cheddar jack cheese on top.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the nachos from the oven and immediately top with pico de gallo, jalapeños, and any additional protein (grilled chicken, ground beef, or pulled pork) if desired.
