Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness.
- 2
Make the Dry Rub
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- 3
Season the Ribs
Rub the dry mixture all over the ribs, making sure to cover all surfaces. Drizzle the liquid smoke over the ribs.
- 4
Bake the Ribs
Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- 5
Glaze with Barbecue Sauce
Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush barbecue sauce generously over the ribs.
- 6
Broil for Finish
Place the ribs under the broiler for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
