Strawberry Purée

Cheesecake Mix

Graham Cracker Crust

Method

Prepare Strawberry Purée

1

Blend Strawberries

In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.

2

Strain (Optional)

If you prefer a smoother purée, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds.

Make Cheesecake Mix

3

Blend Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Prepare Graham Cracker Crust

4

Crush Graham Crackers

In a food processor, crush the honey graham crackers into fine crumbs.

5

Mix with Butter and Sugar

In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly mixed.

6

Form the Crust

Press the mixture into the bottom of a serving glass or dish to form a crust layer.

Assemble the Cheeseshake

7

Layer the Ingredients

Start by adding a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust. Follow with a layer of strawberry purée. Repeat the layers until the glass or dish is filled.

8

Chill (Optional)

For a firmer texture, refrigerate the assembled cheeseshake for about 30 minutes before serving.
