Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) to prepare for baking the nachos.

Prepare the Tortilla Chips
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Ensure they are in a single layer for even melting.
Layering

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the tortilla chips, covering as much of the chips as possible.

Add Jalapeños
Distribute the sliced jalapeños over the cheese-topped tortilla chips.
Baking

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve
Once out of the oven, remove the nachos and let them cool for a minute. Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
