Dipping Sauces

Method

Preparing the Rib Meat

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Pat the pork ribs dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Add Olive Oil

Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned ribs to help them brown during cooking.

  4. 4

    Wrap in Foil

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

  5. 5

    Bake the Ribs

Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until they are tender.

  6. 6

    Broil for Finish

After baking, remove the ribs from the oven, unwrap them, and place them under the broiler for 5-10 minutes to get a nice char on the outside.

Preparing Dipping Sauces

  1. 7

    Prepare Honey Mustard Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of honey and 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard until well combined.

  2. 8

    Prepare BBQ Sauce

Use your favorite store-bought BBQ sauce or make your own by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and spices.

  3. 9

    Prepare Hot Sauce

Select your preferred hot sauce and pour it into a serving dish.
