Prepare the Base Layer

Mix Graham Cracker Crust
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with the butter.

Form the Base Layer
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of small jars or dessert cups to form an even layer. Set aside.
Prepare the Filling

Beat Cream Cheese
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.

Add Sugar and Vanilla
Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, beating until well combined and smooth.

Whip Cream
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Assemble the Dessert Jars

Layer the Filling
Spoon the cream cheese filling over the graham cracker base in each jar, filling them about three-quarters full.

Top the cream cheese filling with fresh berries and garnish with mint leaves.
Chill and Serve

Cover the jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the filling to set.
