Wash and Tear Romaine Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Shake off excess water and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Prepare the Dressing
In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic (crushed), and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until the dressing is well blended and emulsified.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to the dressing according to your taste preference. Mix well.

Combine the Ingredients
Pour the prepared dressing over the torn romaine lettuce in the salad bowl. Toss gently to coat the leaves evenly with the dressing.

Add Cheese and Croutons
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the dressed lettuce. Add the croutons on top.

Toss the salad gently one last time to distribute the cheese and croutons. Serve immediately for the best crunch.
