Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to get it ready for baking the wings.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
- 3
Arrange Wings on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Toss in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your choice of buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce over the wings and toss until they are fully coated.
Celery and Ranch Preparation
- 6
Prepare Celery Sticks
Wash and cut the celery stalks into 3-4 inch pieces for easy dipping.
- 7
Serve with Ranch Dressing
Pour the ranch dressing into a small bowl for dipping and arrange the celery sticks on a serving platter alongside the wings.
