Method

Prepare the Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, crack the eggs and cook them over medium heat. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preference (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).

Cook the Breakfast Meat

  1. 2

    Prepare the Meat

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon or sausage over medium-high heat until crispy and golden brown. If using turkey bacon, cook until crispy as well. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Prepare Hash Browns or Breakfast Salad

  1. 3

    Cook Hash Browns

In the same skillet used for the meat, using the leftover drippings, add the frozen hash browns. Cook over medium-high heat until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally.

  2. 4

    Make Breakfast Salad

In a bowl, mix the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and toss to combine.

Toast the Bread

  1. 5

    Prepare the Toast

While the eggs and hash browns are cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Spread butter on the toast while it's still warm.

Serve

  1. 6

    Plate the Meal

On a plate, arrange the cooked eggs, your choice of breakfast meat, and hash browns or breakfast salad. Serve with the buttered toast on the side.
