Prep the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and trim the asparagus. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds. Mince the garlic.

Pan-Searing the Salmon
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Sear for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Cooking the Vegetables
In the same skillet, after removing the salmon, add the asparagus, carrot rounds, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Plate the Dish
On a plate, arrange the sautéed vegetables and place the pan-seared salmon on top. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
