Coffee Ingredients

Oat Milk Ingredients

Method

Coffee Preparation

  1. 1

    Brew Espresso

Grind 18g of espresso coffee beans to a fine consistency. Use an espresso machine to brew a double shot of espresso (approximately 2 ounces).

  2. 2

    Chill Espresso

Once brewed, allow the espresso to cool slightly. This will help in blending it with the oat milk without curdling.

Oat Milk Preparation

  1. 3

    Heat Oat Milk

In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of oat milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling. Stir occasionally.

  2. 4

    Add Vanilla

Once the oat milk is warmed, remove it from heat and stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract. If you prefer a sweeter latte, add maple syrup to taste.

  3. 5

    Froth Oat Milk (Optional)

If desired, use a milk frother to froth the oat milk mixture until it is light and frothy.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a large coffee mug, pour in the chilled espresso shot. Slowly pour the warmed oat milk mixture over the espresso, allowing it to blend gently.

  2. 7

    Add Nitro Cold Brew

Open the La Colombe Nitro Cold Brew Coffee can and pour it into the mug, allowing the nitrogen to create a creamy texture.

  3. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Optionally, you can sprinkle a little cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your La Colombe Vanilla Oat Milk Latte!
