Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) to prepare for roasting the Brussels sprouts.

Prepare the Brussels sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Season the Brussels sprouts
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until they are evenly coated.
Roasting

Roast the Brussels sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

Prepare the serving
Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Crumble the lemon goat cheese over the top, drizzle with Bare Honey, and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
