Method

Dip Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool, then chop finely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Tortilla Chips Directions

  1. 4

    Prepare the Oil

In a deep skillet or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 5

    Cut the Tortillas

While the oil is heating, cut each flour tortilla into 6 triangles to create chips.

  3. 6

    Fry the Chips

Carefully add a handful of tortilla triangles to the hot oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.

  4. 7

    Repeat

Repeat the frying process with the remaining tortilla triangles until all are cooked.
