Marinating the Salmon

Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Grilling the Salmon

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and julienned carrot.

Add the Salmon
Flake the grilled salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad.

Add Parmesan
Sprinkle shaved parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well emulsified.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
