Cook the Bowtie Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Chicken and Vegetables

Sauté Chicken
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

Add Mushrooms and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
Making the Cream Sauce

Prepare the Cream Sauce
Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is evenly coated in the sun-dried tomato cream sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
