Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. In a shallow dish, place the Parmesan cheese.

Crust the Chicken
Coat each chicken breast in the Parmesan cheese, pressing firmly to adhere. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Chicken
Bake the Parmesan crusted chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.

Prepare the Salad
While the chicken is baking, chop the romaine lettuce and thinly slice the red onion. In a large bowl, combine the romaine, red onion, croutons, and chopped bacon.

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well combined.

Plate the Dish
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken and serve over the dressed salad.
