Chill a cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or filling it with ice water until ready to serve.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur, Simple Syrup, and Fresh Cream. Add Ice Cubes to the shaker.
