Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you mix the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Tequila Ocho Plata, 1 oz of pomegranate juice, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 0.5 tsp of pink peppercorns.
Shake the Cocktail
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Discard the ice water from the cocktail glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel over the drink to release its oils and add a citrus aroma.
