Açai Base
Toppings — Crunch & Fruit
Optional Boosters
Method
Prepare Base
- 1
- 2
Add the frozen açai purée (200 g) to a high-speed blender. Add the frozen banana, 1 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup. If using protein powder or spirulina/matcha, add them now.
- 3
Blend on high pulse cycles, stopping to scrape sides as needed, until thick and smooth. If mixture is too thick for the blender to move, add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time — keep it thick (like soft-serve) rather than pourable.
Assemble Bowl
- 4
Spoon the blended açai base into one large bowl or two small bowls, smoothing the top with the back of the spoon.
- 5
Arrange toppings: sprinkle 1/2 cup granola on one side, place sliced strawberries (1/2 cup), scatter blueberries (1/4 cup), and fan sliced kiwi (1/2 kiwi equivalent).
- 6
Finish with 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon toasted almond slices for crunch.
Serve & Storage
- 7
Serve immediately so the base retains its thick, spoonable texture.
- 8
If you need to make ahead up to 2 hours, keep the blended base refrigerated in an airtight container and add toppings just before serving. Do not freeze after blending — texture will change.
