Prepare glass (optional)
If rimming the glass, rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a highball or Collins glass and dip the rim into granulated sugar or cinnamon-sugar. Set the glass aside.

Build and shake
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, 1 oz house lemon cordial, and 0.5 oz orange liqueur. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and top
Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass. Top with about 2 oz soda water (adjust to taste) and gently stir once or twice to combine.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with a lemon wheel or a lemon twist on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw if desired.

Notes: The house lemon cordial should be a bright, sweet-tart lemon syrup; if unavailable, substitute with 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice + 3/4 oz simple syrup. Adjust soda water to achieve your preferred dilution and effervescence.
