Prepare glass
Chill a highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice to cool while you assemble the cocktail.

Mix base
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka, 0.5 oz blue curaçao, 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice (about 3/4 full).

Shake
Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is cold and you hear the ice well-mixed.

Assemble
Discard any ice used to chill the glass. Fill the chilled highball glass about 2/3 full with fresh cubed ice (approximately 1 cup). Strain the shaken mixture over the ice.

Top and finish
Top the drink with 3 oz cold club soda. Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to integrate soda without losing too much fizz. The blue curaçao will create a bright electric-blue tint that blends with the lemonade base for a twisted, electric appearance.

Garnish
Float a lemon wheel on the rim or drop it into the drink. Add an optional mint sprig for aroma. Serve with a straw.
