Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Generously season both sides of the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it’s shimmering.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Add the steaks to the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and add garlic and rosemary. Cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to your preference.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Sides Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and parsley.

  2. 6

    Cook the Green Beans

In a separate pot, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and toss with lemon juice, salt, and a little olive oil.
