1. Prepare the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to about 1/2-inch thickness.

In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper in the third.
3. Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
